When families add a payment method in the parent app (credit/debit/ACH), Administrators can use the "Mandatory autopay" setting to ensure payment is automatically made each month.
(The family user will get a notification that their account will automatically use Autopay.)
To set this, first select "Settings" on the left menu and the "Payments" tab. There you can toggle on/off the "Mandatory autopay" setting.
Note: When autopay is enabled, the first transaction will be for the upcoming billing period. If there is an current balance at the time autopay is enabled, families need to pay that balance manually.
