It's incredibly easy to start billing families and collecting payments through Playground. There are just 4 quick & easy steps to get started!
Step 1: Link Payout Deposit Account | To ensure you get paid on time, it's vital to add your program information and then verify your deposit account. |
Step 2: Configure Billing Settings | Determine how families can submit their payments. Decide whether to accept online payments via ACH and/or credit cards and consider whether to pass processing fees on to payers. Additionally, you can enable mandatory autopay to ensure timely payments. |
Step 3: Create Billing Plans | Billing plans are the core of Playground's billing platform. They allow you to automate recurring charges, saving your staff hours by eliminating manual work. Additionally, billing plans set the schedule for regular invoicing, ensuring charges are billed to payers on time. |
Step 4: Invite Families | Invite families as soon as possible so they can add a payment method and start making payments on Playground! Alternatively, set up an enrollment listing to automate this entire process. |
