If you cannot accept a student through your enrollment listing or it is not creating recurring billable items, your session start and end dates are the same date. The session dates determine the number of recurring charges to create for the student at acceptance. The maximum recurring charges Playground can create is for a year into the future.

Start by editing your enrollment listing to adjust the session start and end dates on your center details page.

If you're a year-round program, we recommend setting a start date of today and an end date of one year from now. You can hide these dates from families by selecting the checkbox underneath the date.
