Staff can view and download their current and prior paystubs in Playground.

Log into app.tryplayground.com on a computer.
Click the Payroll tab from the left sidebar.
Your Payroll History will open.
Click the three dots next to the payroll you want to open, then click View.
The paystub will download as a PDF to your computer.

On the Playground mobile app, tap the three lines at the top left of your device to open the menu.
Tap My Profile from the menu.
In the Work and hours section of the staff profile, tap Paystub
A list of available paystubs will appear, labeled by date and pay period. Tap a paystub to view more details.
Tap the download button in the top right hand corner to download the paystub as a PDF.

Why don't my worked hours match what is listed on my paystub?
If your worked hours don't match what is listed on your paystub, payroll may have been approved before you were clocked out on the day it was processed. When this happens, your final hours may not have been included in that payroll. Please contact your administrator to review any discrepancies.
